"March of the Penguins"

I'm watching that nature documentary again. It's sentimental in spots and the writers do a bit of anthropomorphizing but penguins really are interesting creatures. Think of it: A bird that can't fly yet is an excellent swimmer. So how does it get to its breeding ground? Walk and slide on its belly!!! What happens after the mates are chosen and the eggs are laid? Why, the male protects the egg for four months without eating while the female walks back to the sea so she can eat.

Nature can be bizarre.

Punguin gives this movie "Two herring up" and says it's better than "The Third Man", "Life of Brian", "Citizen Kane", and "Gone With the Wind" combined. (Maybe that's because he saw some of his cousins in the film. He is very angry none of them was nominated for a "Best Actor" Oscar. I explained to him his cousins weren't really acting but he doesn't care. He still thinks they were robbed. )
