Guess what, Damnpamn. Innovation Comics was based in Wheeling, West Virginia. (For Brits and others: West Virginia is not the western section of the state of Virginia. About the time of our Civil War, West Virginia split from Virginia and became a separate state. Even some Americans don't seem to realize they are different political entities.)
