Obama is getting creepy. He said people who disagree with his plans should "stop talkin'." Some of his supporters have been getting physical with those who question speakers at town meetings. What's especially eerie is a group of union guys roughed up a black conservative.They all wore the same type of shirt. (Shades of Hitler and his thugs. That's how they got their foothold. They'd beat up the opposition.) The guy they insulted and beat had to go to the hospital.
This is not happening a lot but it did happen in a few places and it's disturbing.
As bland as McCain was I couldn't vote for Obama because he was the most "liberal" (quasi-socialist) Senator. Plus his childhood has way too many red flags for me.
The term "liberal" has become misleading because many liberals in this country are not about freedom - many of them seem to want control over every detail of life and seem to think the "common people" are too damn dumb to solve their own problems. Maybe they are - but experience will make them smarter. Relying on "experts" and impractical bureaucrats won't.
