This was the first issue in the arc entitled Gods of Gotham which featured fabulous art... and a story that might give some a headache. Evil spirits had invaded the bodies of Gotham's superheroes and "groovygals"*. Something like that. But I really enjoy the art by Phil Jimenez. (He did not draw this cover, though.)
*My newly-minted term for a superheroine. It's meant to be one word. It's my word and I can make two words one word if I like! So there!!! (Nyuck nyuck.)
